Some old, some new; I currently can’t put these babies down!
I tried the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra 24h a while back as a sample from my local counter but I wasn’t sure it was worth the price tag. Feel Unique had this shade (005) of foundation down to £22.95, which I then got a further 10% off on top! Definitely a more acceptable price tag. First thing to note it it smells like clean laundry, so nice in the mornings. Secondly, it takes me through a stressful day at work, drinks after and cooking dinner when I’m home, and it looks near enough freshly applied. No touch ups necessary. It’s a lot lighter than Estee Lauder’s Double Wear, a good medium coverage, which I admit I do like and prefer on a daily basis as EL can feel a bit thick. It stays matte without powder too, winner. The shade I picked is a tad too light for me, but as its winter, it’s acceptably so with my sadly very pale skin at the mo! Would I pay full price. Yes.
Onto the Blusher, NARS Deep Throat, a classic. A gorgeous pink with the slightest of golden shimmers, it gives my cheeks a rosy winter glow. I really love it with my smidge-too-pale foundation, it really brings the pink out.
Benefit’s They’re Real mascara is genuinely one that I can’t fault. It almost annoys me for some reason. It’s the only Benefit mascara I’ve actually got on with and the only mascara ever that doesn’t flake on my eyes! For that, it’s a winner alone. It builds beautifully and my lashes never clump together either or the mascara itself. Lashes a-go-go.
This Kate Moss Rimmel Lippy is also more used than any of my MAC and other lippies currently. I am SO grateful I received this from Pretty Bug Butterflies for my AAA Secret Santa gift. 107 is a gorgeous matte Berry shade, not too dark and bordering the pinker rather than purple spectrum. Worth a buy, seriously!
Last is my most used, Favourite MAC and brow product. MAC Gel Creme in Dirty Blonde is, I suppose their take on the raved about Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade. I however feel absolutely no need to purchase the Pomade. Dirty Blonde is the perfect Colour for my fair hair and applies effortlessly, it’s almost creamy in texture. It lasts all day, doesn’t fade, smudge or budge. Fabulous!
